Camera
The lower section of the microscope where the electron image is projected onto the phosphor screen and detectors (or in years past, Polaroid film). Connects upward to the column via V2 and to the high-vacuum DP manifold via V8. Can be roughed through RP2 or vented with N2 via V31.
