Column Pipe

The electron optical column + its interconnected vacuum standpipe. Bounded by the gun at the top (V1) and the camera chamber at the bottom (V2). Houses SIP1 (sputter ion pump). Also connects to the DP manifold via V10 and to the load-lock via V5.
